The design of a house on a small hill, just outside Naousa village in Paros, proved to be an inspiring challenge due to the many restrictions facing the specific plot. The actual enclosed area is calculated at approximately 120 M2. All circulation takes place outdoors and the volumes connect through open courts and covered areas blending together and expanding the living space to the maximum, while taking advantage of the spectacular 360 views offered all around. The exposure to the north winds and the privacy intended for the owners, created a second layer of outdoor free sanding walls around the house – in order to mix the living experience and make the most of the offered sea views. Designed in 2020-2021.
