The house is situated in Kamini area in the island of Hydra and build on a rock formation with a steep incline. A complex of two volumes formulate the house which is in separate parts and different periods of construction. They coexist and interrelate through an inner open court that creates a perfect union space for all its users. As Hydra is a protected built environment, all interventions were done only in the interiors and to the minimum degree trying to alter the original spaces as less as this was possible. Enclosed spaces cover an area of 130 M2 & outdoor areas are approximately 80 m2. Design in 2017-2019 and construction in 2019 -2020.
