Located in the mountains up in Aspries area, above the port of Paroikia – the plot is situated in an all protected wild life environment allowing for minimum building and landscape intervention. The total building covers 100 M2 in 3 volumes, positioned in one line creating enclosed and open covered areas alternatively. Thus enabling to maximize the living space and creating outdoor living areas to cater for the owners and their guests. Design in collaboration with Diederik Van Rengen in 2022.
