Holiday House in Ioulida, Kea
This Summer house was designed on a unique plot of land with large rock formations on the one hand and breathtaking views of the whole Cycladic Archipelago on the other. The one level floor plan covers an area of 200 sq.m. in several separate volumes creating multiple indoor & outdoor spaces thus maximizing the usage and appreciation of the living space. It emphasizes on incorporating the surrounding landscape into the design and at some points takes advantage of its dramatic effect making it part of the built space . Architectural design in 2008.
