The renovation of the apartment involved a complete refurbishment. Located just below Lycabettus Hill in the center of Athens, the flat enjoys captivating views of both Lycabettus and Mount Hymettus.
The relatively compact 90 m² floor plan presented a number of constraints, while the owners had a diverse set of requirements. The design approach focused on resolving this complexity by making the most of every available square meter, creating a sense of continuity, flow, and spatial movement throughout the living areas.
The project encompassed both design and construction and was completed in 2025.
