Situated in the mountainous Aspries area above the port of Paroikia, the plot lies within a fully protected wildlife zone, where only minimal building and landscape intervention is permitted. The design responds to these constraints with a restrained architectural footprint of 100 m², distributed across three compact volumes arranged in a linear sequence. This configuration alternates between enclosed rooms and covered open spaces, maximizing spatial efficiency while establishing a variety of sheltered outdoor living areas for the owners and their guests.

Despite the limited allowable development, the arrangement of volumes creates a generous sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor environments, reinforcing the project’s integration with its natural surroundings.

Designed in collaboration with Diederik Van Rengen, 2022.
