The existing townhouse at the edge of the village grid in Piso Livadi was entirely redesigned from the ground up. Positioned on a cliff, the plot commands a striking panoramic view toward the island of Naxos. The architectural language is deliberately strict, simple, and contemporary, reflecting the lifestyle and sensibilities of its world-citizen owner.
The total built area is estimated at approximately 250 m².
