Holiday House in Ioulida, Kea
This summer house is sited on a distinctive plot characterized by prominent rock formations on one side and panoramic views of the Cycladic Archipelago on the other. The single-level residence, covering approximately 200 m², is composed of several separate volumes, creating a sequence of indoor and outdoor spaces that maximize both functionality and spatial experience.
The design emphasizes the integration of the surrounding landscape, occasionally harnessing its dramatic features to become part of the architectural composition itself.
